BHSU Students Named to Spring 2025 Dean’s List

Black Hills State University released the Dean’s List for the spring 2025 semester. A total of 701 students maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while taking at least 12 credit hours.

BHSU Student Magazine "Ponder" Receives National Awards

Since its inaugural issue in Spring 2024, the Black Hills State University student-run magazine “Ponder” has earned several prestigious awards. The publication has even garnered national recognition, receiving a National ADDY Award from the American Advertising Federation.

BHSU Honors Retiring Faculty and Staff

Black Hills State University celebrated ten retiring faculty and staff members during the Retiree Reception held on campus Wednesday, April 30. Altogether, this year’s retirees gave approximately 221 years of service to the University and the South Dakota Board of Regents.
